  1. Never constructed a collar using bias tape trim, it was a bit intimidating. Went on like a charm the very first try. You are a FANTASTIC teacher! Keep up the good work, I'm following you all the way - seriously!

    1. Teeheee, I had to laugh at that. Thanks for the kind words and maybe when I get me a new fancy smancy camcorder I'll drop a sew-along with lining, it's really not hat hard to do.

  3. Thank you so much for this sew along. I'm a beginner and I have learned so much. I never thought I could get this far. I had to take a few days off but I'm back ready to catch up.

  5. Hello Michelle! With a sick hubby and a hectic job I too fell behind after the first day, however I did have my fabric cut out and marked per your schedule ! :) Thank you so much for doing this instructional video/blog/posting. I am very rusty, and have not made any garments in 10+ yrs. I had a great sew day yesterday and had to stop at the collar, I have never done bias tape application but am confident you will show me the way! I will post pictures of my progress. I will finish, its sew much fun! I am looking forward to future sew-a-longs with you! Sending hugs from Florida! Christine (aka cavanaman on Pinterest)
