.......follow up to More power to the flower and a mighty fine flower that is post. We did a little memorial Day shopping at the King of Prussia Plaza. We were minding our own business walking the halls and then Mori saw this bright light that was before her and she bowed down and said "it's here, a Steve Madden Store! Could they possibly have my Marlene's in my size?" Forward she went knocking anyone who was in her way to the side. OK it wasn't that dramatic but you get the just. They had her size and they had a sale, all is right in her world!
See that senior lady in the background? She came over to Mori after she had tried on the Marlene shoes and said, "Are you buying those shoes?" Mori's replied "yes." The lady then said "I hope you have an orthopedic surgeon. I work in a doctors office and I see women come in all the time from tumbling in heels." She followed that up with "they are pretty but be careful." We looked at each other and I said "hmmm, she's not a person that they really want in a store like this because 98.9% of their shoes are heels." True story!
