Curtains done, Check

Tadaaaaa!

Shade up.

Measured 6 inches from the top for my top hem.
I marked my fabric with black dots to iron my fold line.

Top hem all folded and ironed.

I had these ties from my curtains upstairs that I never used so I decided to
use these as the loops for my rod. I cut them up into  4 inch pieces

I zigzagged the edges because I was not turning them under.
If I was making curtains for someone else I would have
turned the edges under to have a cleaner, more finished look.

Opened up my top hem and I pinned the tabs
to the top hem that will be facing the wall  and stitched.
I then folded my edges under and finished my top hem.

Measured two inches for the bottom hem.

I used a blind stitch. This was my first time using this
stitch and I like it. I almost got the hang of it.

Sneek peek of the finished product! I like!
