SGBC: August Book Party-Who Asked You by Terry McMillan

We celebrated Blanche & Max's Birthdays since 

we are on vacation during their birth month of June

Blanche started crying before she even got the gift 

open all the way. I gave her a photo book with 

pictures from her 60th birthday party and 

our Sista Girl meetings & outings over the years.

Max got  a necklace from Cap above 

and from me below

Our special gifts from the hostess for this meeting. I'm, not going to let her know that she has "Sister" on the bottles instead of "Sista"

Blanche's watch from Alethia

 Alethia had one extra watch because one of our members quit us, so she gave it to our special guest Robin. Max picked out a red watch and pouted like a baby for Robin to give her the black watch she had...I mean she really pouted like  5 year old kid.

.......soooo Robin being the special person that she is gave Max the black watch.....and they are still friends.

oh yeah and the red watch goes to our 

honorary member Mori.

The coasters for the evening, Maxine is funny as heck!
