The Owl has landed

Owls, Owls, Owls that’s what’s all over these pants. You may remember my post under DIY when I made these pants?

Well here they are in action. These pants are just fun pants to wear. They were easy…….everything except for that damn zipper but I got the hang of that now. If you’re looking to make your own this pattern was sew-simple (get it!), if you already sew this would be a breeze. Mori loves the wide legs but had to add to the length to make them cover her shoes, like she likes them.

  5. Really cute! I love the owl print! I have been making pants by tracing. You have inspired me try this pattern. I've looked at it and left it many times but you've motivated me to give it a try.

    1. Yeah I used to make my own drafted patterns back in the 80's. I decided to buy a handful of cheap patterns..on sale for $1.99 and get back into sewing. This was an easy pattern but if you don't know how to put in a zipper the instructions will be a little challenging. Got for it and holla at me with a pix!

    1. Thanks again for the love Sista! Don't be scared, the pattern was easy but the directions for the zipper were a little challenging for a beginner. They have a lot of easy patterns now a days. I bought 20 when they went on sale for $1.99. It's my goal to complete them all by end of the summer.
