West Elm 1330 Chestnut Street Philadelphia, PA 19107
I thought that I went crazy when I went to
IKEA but when I walked up on this store I almost lost it. This is my new-new
favorite store. West Elm, that is. When I saw the store sign I thought that the
logo looked familiar but I only knew it from on-line items, I wasn’t aware that
they had storefronts. This business thrives on selling hand-crafted items, some
of which you can find on Etsy. I was memorized with all the displays that were tastefully
done. The store is a little pricey for me but magnificent none the less! There
were some things I could afford like the dinnerware pieces and these gold owl
salt and pepper shakers, they were a mere $20.00 and I’m all over those!
This store is a mix of IKEA and Pier One,
with a little something extra. They have an abundance of quirky things in this store which makes for a more interesting interior. I was snapping picture of inspiration all over
the place, I thought they were going to kick me out but they were really nice
peeps. So enjoy my first visit to West Elm on Chestnut.
I think I could make
this light fixture. It looks like a bunch of clear Christmas balls all hung on
a wire base with a light bulb in the middle…hmmm
Snake x-rays on plates.........whhhaatttt?
This chair would go with my navy sofa.
We're not in OZ anymore Toto we are at West Elm! I love this place to death!
ReplyDeleteWe definitely are not Dorthy! I was all fuzzy inside when I walked up on this place.
